so let's talk about the global flood.. how did the animals get to the ark?.

the sloth swims at 0.15 mph.

No you have all got the the theory wrong Noah was in great need of a loin covering so it is evident he used the Sloth as tackle covering so everywhere that Noah went the Sloth went and moved faster went it started drizzling . Old Noah had a problem though when he got drunk the Sloth decided to climb off just as his family looked in to see how the home brew kit was coming along which goes a long way to explaining why his off spring had a gander at his nakedness.
